1.  According to government rules and regulations, all guests must bring a valid government ID proof (Aadhar Card/Driving License/Pan Card/Passport/Voter ID) at the time of check-in. Guests are not allowed under the age of 18. Single Guest or Unmarried couples are not allowed. Guests staying in the same city are not allowed. YatraDham is not responsible for any refund in case of failure to check-in.

2.  Guest cannot bring any illegal things at the accommodation.

3.  Please note that almost all the rooms/halls have a certain capacity for the guests/room, it is mentioned on the page. This limit is strictly followed.

4.  The standard check-in time and check-out times are mentioned on the page. Please make sure to be on time. Hence, early check-in or late check-out is not allowed. This might be chargeable and subject to availability. Many accommodations have gate-closing rules mentioned on the property page. During this period check-in might not be possible (depending on accommodation) and is also non-refundable.

5.  In cases of the Pay at check-in option guests must reach before 3:00 PM. If you arrive late before the mentioned time then you have to update in advance. Otherwise, your room will be canceled and YatraDham is not responsible for it.

6.  The amount paid for the room does not include charges for optional services and facilities (such as room service, mini bar, snacks or telephone calls, Paid parking, etc.). These might be chargeable at the time of check-out.

7 (A).  YatraDham.Org provided cancellation feature is available with the following rules -

  • 8 Days before the Check-In: Refund of 100% of the room contribution
  • 8 to 7 Days Check-in: Refund of 70% of the room contribution
  • 7 to 3 Days Check-in: Refund of 50% of the room contribution
  • 3 Days or less before Check-In: No Refund
  • If the customer does not show up, they will be marked as absent, and no refund will be issued.
  • Non-refundable Bookings Non-refundable bookings are not eligible for refunds.

7 (B).  Please note that any convenience fees mentioned in your booking confirmation are non-refundable.
7 (C).  Cancellation requests should be raised from your YatraDham.Org user profile booking dashboard. & Log in to Dashboard & Manage Bookings & Search the booking id & Select the request type & Mention the reason & Press Next & Re-check the details & Submit the request.
7 (D).  Modifications are possible subject to availability. The difference amount will need to be paid in case of any changes raised.
7 (E).  Usually, a refund will be made using the same method as a mode of payment. Depending on the bank/card The provider refund process might take 7 – 10 business days. Failure to arrive at the property will be treated as a no-show and no refund is possible.
7 (F).  YatraDham.Org EServices Private Limited reserves the right to modify or remove these rules at any time without prior notice.

8.  Pets and outside food / Alcohol and non-veg food are not allowed. Some properties do not provide lock and key facilities so it is advisable to bring your lock and key.

9.  YatraDham.org is not responsible for denied Check-In due to violation of rules/terms and conditions. No refund will be issued in such cases. Please note that the booking can not be canceled or modified.

10.  A booking confirmation is an acknowledgement confirming that we have received your accommodation request. However, it is subject to Property management’s modification/cancellation in case of any unfavorable situation, and the yatradham.org management cannot be held responsible or liable for any such changes.

11.  We shall not be responsible and no cancellation, modification or refund will be made in situations like bad weather, landslide, climatic conditions or any other natural disaster, fire, embargo, acts or decisions of government, political or national crisis, bad weather, sickness, accidents, VIP movement restrictions, roadblocks, heavy snowfall, acts of terrorism or other similar causes, strikes or problems at airlines, rails, buses, hotels or transporters, labor unrest, insolvency, business exigencies, operational and technical issues, route and flight cancellations or due to which the guest could not reach the destination on time or short stay or unveiled facilities.

12.  Any dispute arising out of this service shall be subject to Bhavnagar (Gujarat) jurisdiction.

13.  YatraDham.org and property reserve the right to cancel the booking without prior notice in circumstances beyond control/unforeseen situations/any illegal activities.

14.  YatraDham.org and Property reserve the right to change the terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice.
