About Rann Utsav Tour 2023 Package

Rates are exclusive of applicable taxes.
Tax Rate would be 18% GST (9% CGST and 9% SGST).
Rates on single occupancy basis will be 75% of the basic cost (75% of double occupancy amount).
In case of triple occupancy, any person above 6 yrs. Of age, will be charged as extra person (With Mattress.)
Name change shall be treated as cancellation and cancellation policy shall be applied.
In case of any date change Rs. 1650/ person + 18% GST will be charged. (Rate difference shall be levied)

Package Inclusion

Transfers between Bhuj (Airport/Railway Station and The Tent City, Dhordo, in A.C. Coaches on SIC basis).
2 Nights/3 Days Package includes Lunch, High-Tea & Dinner on 1st Day, Morning Tea, Breakfast, Lunch, Refreshment & Dinner on 2nd Day and Morning Tea & Breakfast on 3rd Day. The meals will be served as per the scheduled time in respective dining areas and missed meals will not be refunded or extended on 3rd Day.
1 Nights/2 Days Package includes Lunch, High-Tea & Dinner on 1st Day, Morning Tea, Breakfast on 2nd Day and. The meals will be served as per the scheduled time in respective dining areas and missed meals will not be refunded or extended on 2nd Day.
Guest/s who have missed the visit as per itinerary may be included on request on a chargeable basis.

30% charges, if cancelled before 30 days schedule arrival
50% charges, if cancelled before 15 days (but less than 30 days) schedule arrival
100 % charges, if cancelled less than 15 days prior to schedule arrival.
Changes in dates, or guest names would be treated as cancellation

Allotment of tent will be Subject to Availability, for guest arriving at Rann Utsav before check-in time.
Distance from Bhuj to Tent City Dhordo is around 85 Kms., which takes approx. 1 hour 45 mins.
A Packed lunch will be provided to Tent City guest who opt for 1:30 PM Pickup.
No Lunch will be provided to guest who opt for a 3.30 PM Pickup.
