Day 1

Check-in Time - 12:30 PM

(Transfer from Bhuj or Dhordo to White Rann - The Tent City, Dholavira on Fixed Timings. 

Note:

• The above timings are fixed for departure and are subject to change
• No Complimentary transfers are available after the above timings
• Individual transfers are available on request (chargeable)
• Allotment of tents to guests arriving before check-in time will be subject to availability

Distance from Bhuj to White Rann – The Tent City, Dholavira is 125 KM (approx.), which takes about 2 hours and 15 minutes by experiencing the Road to Heaven

Day 3

Inclusion:

• The 2 Nights Package includes lunch, high tea and dinner on the 1st day, morning tea, breakfast, lunch, refreshments and dinner on the 2nd day and morning tea and breakfast on the 3rd day.
• The meals will be served as per the scheduled time in the respective Dining Areas and missed meals will not be refunded or extended on the 3rd day.
• Guest/s who have missed the visit as per the itinerary may be included on request on a chargeable basis.
• Accommodation in the tent is on a twin-sharing basis.

Exclusion:

• Personal Expenses or Activities
• Extra Person in Tent
• Individual transfers (on a chargeable basis). No transfers will be available after the above timing.

• 100% Refund if cancelled more than or equal to 30 days prior to the schedule arrival date.
• 50% Refund if cancelled more than or equal to 15 days prior to the scheduled arrival date but less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
• No Refund, if cancelled less than 15 days prior to scheduled arrival.
• In case of any change in check-in date ,15% of the total booking amount will be charged.
• In case of Primary Guest Name change, 5% of total booking amount will be charged.
• In case of existing room Category is downgraded, 5% of total booking amount will be charged.
• Rates are exclusive of applicable taxes.
• GST shall be charged as applicable.
• In case of triple occupancy, any person above 6 yrs. of age will be charged as an extra person (with mattress).

1.  All rates are exclusive of applicable taxes and shall be charged as per prevailing rates.

2.  In case of any cancellation of flight/train or any mode of transportation, the booking amount is not refundable.

3.  The Voucher issued in respect of the package for Rann Utsav is to be furnished compulsorily along with government-approved, valid Photo ID proof such as the Aadhar Card of each guest at the reception counter at the time of check-in; for foreign Nationals, it is mandatory to furnish valid Passport and Visa. PAN card will not be accepted as a valid photo ID.

4.  In case of late arrival at the property, guests will not be entitled to missed meals or other activities.

5.  In case of early arrival at the tent city, guests may be required to wait at the waiting lounge or clubhouse till the availability of the tent.

6.  Guests should arrive at the boarding point as per timings at least 15 min before the scheduled departure. If they fail to board the bus as per their Scheduled departure for sightseeing timing, they have to arrange the transportation on their own. The timings of transfer may vary according to the sunset timing & climatic conditions. The bus will depart at the Prescribed Timings. 

7.  Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to property caused by themselves, their friends, or any person for whom they are responsible.

8.  Please note that the cooling of A.C. in the vehicles will be maintained as per the temperature comfortable to the majority of guests present in the vehicles.

9.  In case of any date change, 15% of the total booking amount will be charged.

10.  In case of Primary Guest Name change, 5% of total booking amount will be charged.

11.  In case of existing room Category is downgraded, 5% of total booking amount will be charged. terms and conditions.

13.  Date change will only be allowed once and prior to 72 hours of the check-in. The Booking will be treated as a cancellation if date changes are requested less than 72 hours of check-in and the cancellation policy will be applied.

14. Any incidental, personal and other expenses and costs of items which are not specified/mentioned in the inclusions are to be borne by the guest.

15.  Management is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings of the guest. Guests are requested to take care of their belongings. Guests carrying valuables such as fragile items, money, jewellery, silverware, cameras, electronics/laptop, chargers or photographic equipment, antiques, artefacts, work of art, precious metals and other similar valuables at their own risk.

16.  The vehicles used for transfers shall not be at the sole disposal of guests.

17. This is an indicative itinerary and subject to change depending upon circumstances at the sole discretion of management.

18.  All Rooms are Strictly Non-smoking areas as per Government rules.

19.  Guests have to follow the house rules and applicable laws of the land.

20.  Management reserves the right to cancel reservations without any prior notice in case of any Central/State Government Event/Meetings/Visits or any unwanted natural calamities. In such a case, alternative dates can be set or a full refund will be given for your Accommodation Booking and Management is not liable for any transportation/ travel expenses.

21.  The management takes utmost precaution to prevent incidents such as fire, short circuits or any other mis-happenings which are beyond the control. However, The Tent City management’s liability for loss of Baggage due to fire, short circuit or any other mishappening whatsoever is subject to a maximum amount of INR 30,000/- per tent. All guests can opt for adequate insurance coverage through their Insurance Company prior to travel to White Rann – The Tent City.

22.  No Pets are allowed inside the property.

23.  In case of unavoidable circumstances, if we need to close the property by government guidelines/rules, we would refund 100% for your Accommodation Booking and we are not liable for any transportation/ travel expenses.

24.  Any dispute arising in above mentioned terms & condition is subject to Bhavnagar Jurisdiction only.

25.  All rights are reserved by the management.

26.  Organizer reserves all rights to make any changes without prior notice.
