Dholavira - White Rann Tent city (2N / 3D)

Day 1

Check-in Time - 12:30 PM

(Transfer from Bhuj or Dhordo to White Rann - The Tent City, Dholavira on Fixed Timings. 

Note:

• The above timings are fixed for departure and are subject to change
• No Complimentary transfers are available after the above timings
• Individual transfers are available on request (chargeable)
• Allotment of tents to guests arriving before check-in time will be subject to availability

Distance from Bhuj to White Rann – The Tent City is 125 KM (approx.), which takes about 2 hours and 15 minutes by experiencing the Road to Heaven

Day 3

Inclusion:

• The 2 Nights Package includes lunch, high tea and dinner on the 1st day, morning tea, breakfast, lunch, refreshments and dinner on the 2nd day and morning tea and breakfast on the 3rd day.
• The meals will be served as per the scheduled time in the respective Dining Areas and missed meals will not be refunded or extended on the 3rd day.
• Guest/s who have missed the visit as per the itinerary may be included on request on a chargeable basis.
• Accommodation in the tent is on a twin-sharing basis.

Exclusion:

• Personal Expenses or Activities
• Extra Person in Tent
• Individual transfers (on a chargeable basis). No transfers will be available after the above timing.

• 90% Refund if cancelled more than or equal to 28 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
• 60% refund if cancelled more than or equal to 13 days prior to the scheduled arrival date but less than 28 days to the scheduled arrival date.
• No refund, if cancelled less than 13 days prior to scheduled arrival.
• Change in guest/guests’ names would be treated as Cancellation only.
• In case of any date change ₹3000/Per Tent + 18% GST will be charged, in addition to rate difference charges if any.
• Rates are exclusive of applicable taxes.
• 18% GST shall be charged as per applicable.
• In case of triple occupancy, any person above 6 yrs. of age will be charged as an extra person(with a mattress).

1. All rates are Exclusive of applicable taxes and shall be charged as per prevailing rates.

2. In case of any cancellation of flight/train or any mode of transportation, booking amount will not be  refundable.

3. The Voucher issued in respect of the package for Rann Utsav is to be furnished compulsorily along with Government approved valid Photo ID proof of each guest at the reception counter at the time of check-in; for foreign Nationals, it is mandatory to furnish valid Passport & Visa. Pan card will not be accepted as a valid photo ID. 

4. In case of late arrival at Tent City, guests will not be entitled for missed meals or other activities.

5. In case of early arrival at Tent City, guests may be required to wait at the waiting lounge till the  availability of the Resort/ tent.

6. Guests should arrive at the boarding point as per timings at least 15 min before the scheduled departure. If they failed to board the bus as per their Scheduled departure for sightseeing timing, they have to arrange the transportation on their own. The timings of transfer may vary according to the sunset timing & climatic conditions. The bus will depart at the Prescribed Timings. 

7. Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to property caused by themselves, their friends, or any person for whom they are responsible.

8. Please note that the cooling of A.C. in the vehicles will be maintained as per the temperature comfortable to the majority of guest present in the vehicles.

9. Any amendments with respect to change in check-in dates would attract 1000/- guest + GST applicable tax on Amendment in date can be made maximum 15 Days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Any change in guest names would be treated as cancellation and would attract cancellation charges as stipulated. For any amendments/changes, kindly email us at [email protected].

10. Date change will only be allowed once and prior 96 hours of the check-in. The Booking will be treated as a cancellation if date changes are requested less than 96 hours of check-in and cancellation policy will be applied.

11. Any incidental, personal and other expenses and cost of items which are not specified/mentioned in the inclusions are to be borne by the guest.

12. Management is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings of the guest. Guests are requested to take care of their belongings. Guests carrying valuables such as fragile items, money, jewelry, silverware, cameras, electronics / laptop or photographic equipment, antiques, artefacts, work of art, precious metals and other similar valuables at their own risk.

13. The vehicles used for transfers shall not be at sole disposal of guest.

14. This is an indicative itinerary & subject to change depending upon circumstances at the sole discretion of management.

15.  All tents are Strictly Non–smoking areas as per Government rules.

16.  Guests have to follow the house rules and applicable laws of the land.

17. Management reserves the right to cancel reservation without any prior notice in case of any Central/State Government Event/Meetings/Visits or any unwanted natural calamities. In such case, alternative dates can be set or full refund will be given for your Accommodation Booking and Management is not liable for any transportation/ travel expenses.

18.  The management take utmost precaution to prevent incidents such as fire, short circuits or any other mis-happenings which are beyond the control. However, The management’s liability  for loss of Baggage due to fire, short circuit or any othermis-happening what so ever is subject to a maximum amount of INR 30,000/- per tent. All guests can opt for adequate insurance coverage through their Insurance Company prior to travel to Evoke Dholavira– Resort. / White Rann – The Tent City

19. Baggage is designed to protect its content. Utmost care is being taken by the management while handling baggage during travel at our luggage desk at Bhuj Lounge or Tent City, in case of wear and tear such as, minor cuts, scratches & dents, the management shall have no liability for this type of damage.

20. No Pets are allowed inside The Tent City.

21. If any guest is having any Covid symptom during his/her stay at the tent city. We will transfer them to our in-house isolation Center & our medical team will inspect the guests. If the guests are instructed for further isolation /hospitalization we will guide the guest to the nearest hospital.

22.  Any dispute arising in above mentioned terms & condition is subject to Bhavnagar Jurisdiction only.

23.  All rights are reserved by the management.

24. Organizer reserves all rights to make any changes without prior notice.
