1. According to government rules and regulations, all guests must bring a valid government ID proof (Aadhar Card/Driving License/Pan Card/Passport/Voter ID) at the time of check-in. Guests are not allowed under the age of 18. Single Guest or Unmarried couples are not allowed. Guests staying in the same city are not allowed. YatraDham is not responsible for any refund in case of failure to check-in.
2. Guest cannot bring any illegal things at the accommodation.
3. Please note that almost all the rooms/halls have a certain capacity for the guests/room, it is mentioned on the page. This limit is strictly followed.
4. The standard check-in time and check-out times are mentioned on the page. Please make sure to be on time. Hence, early check-in or late check-out is not allowed. We shall not be responsible and no cancellation, modification or refund will be made in situations like bad weather, landslide, climatic conditions or any other natural disaster, fire, embargo, acts or decisions of government, political or national crisis, bad weather, sickness, accidents, VIP movement restrictions, roadblocks, heavy snowfall, acts of terrorism or other similar causes, strikes or problems at airlines, rails, buses, hotels or transporters, labor unrest, insolvency, business exigencies, operational and technical issues, route and flight cancellations or due to which the guest could not reach the destination on time or short stay or unveiled facilities.
11. Any dispute arising out of this service shall be subject to Bhavnagar (Gujarat) jurisdiction.
12. YatraDham.org and property reserve the right to cancel the booking without prior notice in circumstances beyond control/unforeseen situations/any illegal activities.
13. YatraDham.org and Property reserve the right to change the terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice.
