1. It is mandatory for all the guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID like an Adhar Card, driver's license, voter's ID, and Passport for all including Children has to be carried by every person above the age of 18. PAN Card will not be accepted as ID proof. Unmarried couples are strictly not allowed. In case such a relationship is not disclosed, management can refund the entry. Guests residing in the same city are not allowed. In such case refund is not applicable.
2. At the time of Check-In Guest has to deposit security money. The Security money is refundable after the deduction of an additional amount, if any.
3. Please note that this is the Dharmshala / Bhavan / Ashram / Sanatorium. Yatris has to accept & comply with all their rules/terms & conditions to ensure that all can have a stay to a very sanctimonious spiritual experience for all. Use of a Heating Rod, Electric Kettle / Electric heater, etc is not allowed. Any person found using such electric devices will have to pay Rs. 500 extra per day.
4. Eating or bringing non-veg food & eggs and drinking of Alcohol or consuming any other kind of intoxicating material and gambling in rooms or premises of Dharamshala is strictly prohibited. Any person with age 6 years and above will be charged @Rs 150 per person per day, Bed sets will be provided on the floor of the same room, and towel soap will not be provided to any extra person.
5. There is NO FACILITY of lift/ escalator. Each guest has to carry his/her own luggage to the room. There is no room on the Ground Floor. During winter, there is No Method of Heating the Room(s). Neither Room Heaters nor A/C fitted with heating Facilities is available. If required, extra Rajai can be provided.
6. Management does not have any power backup system and in case of power supply failure from AVVNL - No cancellation/refund is applicable. Management also not provide Room service for the Guests.
7. Dharmshala / Bhavan / Ashram / Sanatorium management has also the right of refusal of entry if the booking is in violation of their rules. No refund would be applicable in case they deny check-in under such circumstances.
8. The standard check-in time and check-out time is mentioned on the page. Please make your reservation accordingly as early check-in or late check-out might not be possible.
9. Please note that almost all the rooms/halls have a certain capacity for the guests/room, it is mentioned on the page. This limit is strictly followed.
10. There are Dharmshala / Bhavan / Ashram / Sanatorium which can be booked only for the Yatris following principles of a certain religion. It is clearly mentioned for each room type.
11. Dharamshala does not provide any cancellation or modification and no refund would be possible, once the booking has been confirmed and payment done. It is advisable to decide your program before finalization of booking.
12. A booking confirmation is an acknowledgment confirming that we have received your request for accommodation. However, it is subject to Dharmshala management’s modification/cancellation in case of any unfavorable situation, and the yatradham.org management cannot be held responsible or liable for any such changes.
13. Any dispute arising out of this service shall be subject to Bhavnagar (Gujarat) jurisdiction.
14. We may change these terms at any time by posting notifications online.
15. Please note that in case of any incident/event, our liability is limited to the convenience fee only. Our services are provided to the best of our ability and the information we have received from others. Any information, opinion, statement, recommendation or anything whatsoever shall not form a guarantee. Whilst we can advise you but it is your responsibility to ensure that products and services meet your particular needs.
16. Guests are advised to lock their rooms while going out. Please do not keep Mobile, Jewellery and cash in the room. The management of Dharamshala will not be responsible in case of theft or loss. The Replacement cost of Rs. 300/- will be charged if room keys are mislaced / lost.
