1. As per government rules and regulations, all guests must carry a valid government-issued photo ID proof. All guests are required to keep a printed copy of the ID at the time of check-in. Failing to do so will result in denial of check-in, and the booking will be non-refundable. YatraDham shall not be liable for any loss or damage.
2.If any guest Consumption, possession, or use of alcohol, intoxicants, or any similar prohibited substances is strictly forbidden anywhere within the campus. In that case without any refund property management have authority to asked to vacate the premises imminently as well as may be taken legal proceedings in that case YatraDham Not liable for any loss .
3.Guests below 18 years of age, single guests, unmarried couples, and same-city residents are not allowed. In such cases, the booking will be non-refundable, and YatraDham shall not be liable for any loss or damage.
4.All rooms have a fixed capacity. Per room, a maximum of one extra guest is allowed. If the guest is above 5 years of age, additional charges apply (approximately ₹200). Charges may vary based on season or room type.
