1. Check-in Instructions:

• As per government regulations, all guests must present a valid government-issued ID (Aadhar Card, Driving License, PAN Card, Passport, or Voter ID) at the time of check-in.
• Single and unmarried couples are not allowed.
• Guests from the same city as the accommodation are not allowed.
• If check-in is denied due to a violation of accommodation rules, YatraDham.Org will not be responsible for any refund.

2. Prohibited Items:

• Items banned by law or deemed inappropriate are not allowed on the premises.

3. Check-In/Check-Out Timings:

• All users must adhere to standard check-in and check-out times.
• Early check-in or late check-out is not allowed.

4. Facilities & Amenities:

• YatraDham is not responsible for the facilities provided by the accommodation. Please refer to special notes on the property page, which are compulsory to follow.
• Some amenities (hot water, food, parking, TV, AC) may be chargeable or subject to availability.
• Due to possible interruptions (e.g., power cuts), certain amenities (like AC, geysers) may not function at all times.

5. Extra Guest Policy:

> For Deluxe Room (EP) and Superior Room (EP):

• ₹560 per child (2–12 years), payable in cash at check-in.
• ₹840 per person above 12 years.

> For Suite Room (EP):

• ₹560 per child (2–12 years), payable in cash at check-in.
• If the number of guests exceeds the room's capacity, you may be required to book additional rooms at check-in. This is based on the property’s rules and must be followed.

6. Pets and Food:

• Pets, outside food, alcohol, and non-vegetarian food are strictly prohibited.
• Some properties may not provide locks and keys. Guests are advised to carry their own.

7. Cancellations & Modifications:

•  No cancellations or modifications are allowed once the booking is confirmed.

8. Religious Restrictions:

• Some properties (Dharamshala/Bhavan/Ashram/Sanatorium) are available only for Yatris following specific religious principles. This is specified in the room description.
•  No refunds will be provided if these rules are violated.

9. Facility Changes:

• The accommodation provider may change or withdraw services without notice.YatraDham is not liable in such cases.

10. Booking Confirmation:

• Booking confirmation only means your request has been received.
• Final accommodation is subject to the management's discretion in case of unforeseen events. YatraDham is not responsible for cancellations/modifications made by the property.

11. Limited Liability:

•  In case of any event or issue, YatraDham’s liability is limited to the convenience fee only.
•  We strive to provide accurate information but do not guarantee suitability for your specific needs.

12. Loss or Incident Liability:

•  YatraDham is not responsible for lost or forgotten items.
•  We are also not liable for delays or cancellations due to weather, local events, curfews, or emergencies.

13. Post Check-out Issues:

•  Complaints reported after check-out will be considered feedback only, and no action will be taken.

14. Jurisdiction:

•  Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Bhavnagar, Gujarat.

15. Changes to Terms:

• We may update these terms at any time by posting changes on our website.
