Located 2.5 km from the Amma Mandapam bus stand, Bangur Bhavan Dharamshala offers two bedded AC and non AC rooms. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Meals and other necessities are available nearby.
The island of Srirangam, home to Sri Ranganathaswamy Temple. Dedicated to Lord Vishnu, this temple is the first of the 108 Divya Desams. Spread over 156 acres, it is the largest temple complex in India. This is one of the most important pilgrimages for Vaishnavites.
There are many other temples within the complex. There is also a museum which houses a large collection of ivory, copper and bronze artifacts.

According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18. Unmarried couples are strictly not allowed. Guests residing in the same city are not allowed.

3. Dharmshala / Bhavan / Ashram / Sanatorium management has also the right of refusal of entry if the booking is in violation of their rules. No refund would be applicable in case they deny check-in under such circumstances.
