A. YatraDham.Org provided cancellation feature is available with the following rules -
i. 8 Days before the Check-In: Refund of 50% of the room contribution
ii. Less than 8 Days before the Check-In: No Refund
B. Please note that the convenience fee & Cancellation charge and room GST if any mention on your booking confirmation that are non-refundable in any case.
C. Cancellation requests should be raised from your YatraDham.Org user profile booking dashboard.
& Log in to Dashboard & Manage Bookings & Search the booking id & Select the request type & Mention the
reason & Press Next & Re check the details & Submit the request.
D. Failure to arrive at the property will be treated as a no-show and no refund is possible.
E. Usually, a refund will be made using the same method as a mode of payment. Depending on the bank/card
The provider refund process might take 7 – 10 business days.
F. YatraDham.Org EServices Private Limited has all the rights to change or remove these rules anytime without
prior notice.
