The temple is situated on the top of a hill. There are 360 steps to the temple. The idol of Lord Jagvallabh Parshvanath Bhagwan is seen seated in the lotus position and is about one meter in height. This temple was renovated in the year 1926. This temple is also known as the Shetrunjaya of the south.
Festival melas are held in the months of Kartik and Chaitra, when thousands of devotees gather. At the base of the hill, there are two other temples - one Shwetambar and one Digambar.
