By accepting these Terms & Conditions, You agree to be legally bound by following terms & conditions.

1.  According to government rules and regulations, all guests must bring a valid government ID proof (Aadhar Card/Driving License/Pan Card/Passport/Voter ID) at the time of check-in. Guests are not allowed under the age of 18. Single Guest or Unmarried couples are not allowed. Guests staying in the same city are not allowed. YatraDham is not responsible for any refund in case of failure to check in.

2.  Guest cannot bring any illegal things at the accommodation.

3.  Please note that almost all the rooms/halls have a certain capacity for the guests/room, it is mentioned on the page. This limit is strictly followed.

4.  The standard check-in time and check-out times are mentioned on the page. Please make sure to be on time. Hence, early check-in or late check-out is not allowed. This might be chargeable and subject to availability. Many accommodations have gate-closing rules mentioned on the property page. During this period check-in might not be possible (depending on accommodation) and is also non-refundable.

5.  In cases of the Pay at check-in option guests must reach before 3:00 PM. If you arrive late before the mentioned time then you have to update in advance. Otherwise, your room will be canceled and YatraDham is not responsible for it.

6.  YatraDham is not responsible for the facilities provided as per booking details. Also, take a look at special notes, which are to be followed compulsorily. Some Amenities (hot water, food, parking, TV, AC) may be chargeable or subject to availability. Due to interrupted supplies like electricity, some facilities (e.g., AC, geyser) may not work.

7. Applicable Slab -cancellation policy: 

  • 100% of the room charges will be applied if the cancellation is made within 1–2 days prior to the check-in date.
  • 50% of the room charges will be applied if the cancellation is made 3–5 days prior to the check-in date.
  • 30% of the room charges will be applied if the cancellation is made 6–8 days prior to the check-in date.
  • No charges will apply if the cancellation is made more than 09 days prior to the check-in date.

Please Note : For cancellation calculation both the request date and check in date are not counted so above mention days are accordingly counts.

  • Convenience fees are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • Taxes, if applicable, shall be refunded after deduction of statutory or processing charges, if any.
  • Cancellation requests must be initiated exclusively through the user’s login dashboard under the “My Booking” section. Once a cancellation request is submitted, the process is irreversible.
  • Any proceed refund will be credit to user source within 5-7 banking working days. 
  • Any assurance, confirmation, or communication through calls, messages, or emails shall not be treated as binding. The cancellation process is fully system-driven and controlled by the user dashboard. YatraDham cannot process cancellations manually on behalf of the user.
  • Modification requests, if permitted by the property, must be raised via email at [email protected]. Approval is subject to availability, accommodation policy, and applicable charges, which must be paid by the user.
  • Failure to check in shall be treated as a No-Show, and no refund shall be applicable, even in the event of medical emergencies reported after the check-in date.

8.  There are Dharamshala/Bhavan/Ashram/Sanatorium which can be booked only for the Yatris following principles of a certain religion. It is mentioned for each room type. YatraDham is not liable for any kind of refund in case of violation of these rules.

9.  Accommodation management can change or stop providing facilities without notice. In That case, YatraDham is not liable.

10.  A booking confirmation confirms that we have received your accommodation request. However, it is subject to Dharamshala management’s modification/cancellation in case of any unfavourable situation and YatraDham.org management cannot be held responsible or liable for any such changes.

11.  Please note that in case of any incident/event, YatraDham’s liability is limited to the convenience fee only. Our services are provided to the best of our ability and the information we have received from others. Any information, opinion, statement, recommendation or anything whatsoever shall not form a guarantee. While we can advise you, it is your responsibility to ensure that products and services meet your particular needs before booking.

12.  YatraDham.org is not responsible for loss, theft, or forgotten items. Also, not liable for incidents preventing arrival due to weather, events, curfews, emergencies etc.

13.  Issues reported after check-out are considered feedback only, with no further updates.

14.  Pets and outside food/alcohol and non-veg food are not allowed. Some properties do not provide lock and key facilities so it is advisable to bring your lock and key.

15.  The jurisdiction for any dispute arising out of this service shall be Bhavnagar, Gujarat.
