Day 1

Check-in Time - 12:30 PM

(Transfer from Bhuj to Rann Utsav - The Tent City, Dhordo on Fixed Timings which is approximately 85 km for that time required will be around 1 hour and 45 minutes)

Note:

• The above timings are fixed for departure and are subject to change
• No Complimentary transfers are available after the above timings
• Individual transfers are available on request (chargeable)
• Allotment of tents to guests arriving before check-in time will be subject to availability

The distance from Bhuj to Rann Utsav – The Tent City, Dhordo, is 85 km (approx), which takes about 1 hour and 45 minutes.

Day 3

Inclusion:

• The 2 Nights Package includes lunch, high tea and dinner on the 1st day, morning tea, breakfast, lunch, refreshments and dinner on the 2nd day and morning tea and breakfast on the 3rd day.
• The meals will be served as per the scheduled time in the respective Dining Areas and missed meals will not be refunded or extended on the 3rd day.
• Visit White Rann on Day 1, visit Dholavira on Day 2 and visit Kala Dungar on Day 3 in 3 Nights Package.
• Guest/s who have missed the visit as per the itinerary may be included on request on a chargeable basis.
• Accommodation in the tent is on a twin-sharing basis.

Exclusion:

• Personal Expenses or Activities
• Extra Person in Tent
• Individual transfers (on a chargeable basis). No transfers will be available after the above timing.

• 90% Refund if cancelled more than or equal to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
• 60% refund if cancelled more than or equal to 15 days prior to the scheduled arrival date but less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
• No refund, if cancelled less than 15 days prior to scheduled arrival.
• In case of any change in check-in date ,15% of the total booking amount will be charged.
• In case of Primary Guest Name change, 5% of total booking amount will be charged.
• In case of existing room Category is downgraded, 5% of total booking amount will be charged.
• Rates are exclusive of applicable taxes.
• GST shall be charged as applicable.
• In case of triple occupancy, any person above 6 yrs. of age will be charged as an extra person (with mattress).

1.  All rates are exclusive of applicable taxes and shall be charged as per prevailing rates.

2.  In case of any cancellation of flight/train or any mode of transportation, the booking amount is not refundable.

3.  Pick-up and drop-off facilities are available only from Bhuj Airport or Bhuj Railway Station by AC Coach as per scheduled timings.

4.  The Voucher issued in respect of the package for Rann Utsav is to be furnished compulsorily along with government-approved, valid Photo ID proof such as the Aadhar Card of each guest at the reception counter at the time of check-in; for foreign Nationals, it is mandatory to furnish valid Passport and Visa. PAN card will not be accepted as a valid photo ID.

5.  In case of delayed arrival of a Train or Flight, the guest will be transferred to Tent City, Dhordo in the next available transfer.

6.  In case of late arrival at Tent City, guests will not be entitled to missed meals or other activities.

7.  In case of early arrival at Tent City, guests may be required to wait at the waiting lounge till the availability of the tent.

8.  Certain Adventure Sports Activities like Paramotoring, All Terrain Vehicles (ATV), etc. are provided by various specialised operators appointed by us inside The Tent City. Guests should understand and acknowledge the physical and mental risks involved with the activities. These adventure sports are inherently dangerous and represent an extreme test of a person’s physical and mental conditions. Activities involve risks that may include, without limitation, the potential for serious bodily injury, sickness and diseases, permanent disability, paralysis and loss of life, loss of or damage to equipment/property, and accidents. The Adventure Sports Operators may ask the guests to sign an indemnity in favour of the operator for doing such activities. Management assumes no responsibility whatsoever for the activities and services provided by the operators. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions (including negligence) of those operators. We in no way could be made responsible for any injuries or accidents to anybody doing these activities. The Guest is required to understand the associated risks and competencies of the operators before undertaking these activities.

9.  Services provided by different operators at Tent City, such as Travel Agents, Rejuvenation Centre, Travel Desk, Adventure Sports, and HAAT Area. Shopping is the sole discretion of the Guest; However, The Tent City assumes no responsibility for the Services and Activities of the above-mentioned operators.

10.  Guests should arrive at the boarding point as per timings at least 15 min before the scheduled departure. If they failed to board the bus as per their Scheduled departure for sightseeing timing, they have to arrange the transportation on their own. The timings of transfer to and fro from White Rann and Kala Dungar may vary according to the sunset timing and climatic conditions. The bus will depart at the prescribed timings.

11.  Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to Tent City property caused by themselves, their friends, or any person for whom they are responsible.

12.  Please note that the cooling of A.C. in the vehicles will be maintained as per the temperature comfortable to the majority of guests present in the vehicles.

13.  In case of any date change, 15% of the total booking amount will be charged.

14.  In case of Primary Guest Name change, 5% of total booking amount will be charged.

17.  Date change will only be allowed once and prior to 72 hours of the check-in. The Booking will be treated as a cancellation if date changes are requested less than 72 hours of check-in and the cancellation policy will be applied.

18. Any incidental, personal, and other expenses and costs of items that are not specified/mentioned in the inclusions are to be borne by the guest.

19.  Management is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings of the guest. Guests are requested to take care of their belongings. Guests carrying valuables such as fragile items, money, jewellery, silverware, cameras, electronics/laptops, chargers or photographic equipment, antiques, artefacts, works of art, precious metals, and other similar valuables are at their own risk.

20.  The vehicles used for transfers shall not be at the sole disposal of guests.

21. This is an indicative itinerary and subject to change depending upon circumstances at the sole discretion of management.

22.  In case of late/early transfers for check-out, guests will have to be informed while checking in at the reception counter for the arrangement of the vehicle, and it will be on a chargeable basis.

23.  The timings of transfer to and from White Rann and/or Kala Dungar may vary according to the sunset timing and climatic conditions.

24.  White Rann is a unique natural formation. It’s subject to the whims of nature. Management does not assume responsibility with respect to the formation of Rann or any other unexpected changes.

25.  All tents are strictly non-smoking areas as per Government rules.

26. Guests have to follow the house rules and applicable laws of the land.

27.  Management reserves the right to cancel the reservation without any prior notice in case of any Central/State Government Event/Meetings/Visits or any unwanted natural calamities. In such a case, alternative dates can be set or a full refund will be given for your Accommodation Booking and Management is not liable for any transportation/ travel expenses.

28.  The Tent City management takes utmost precaution to prevent incidents such as fire, short circuits, or any other mis-happenings that are beyond the control. However, The Tent City management’s liability for loss of Baggage due to fire, short circuit, or any other mishap whatsoever is subject to a maximum amount of INR 50,000/- per tent. All guests can opt for adequate insurance coverage through their Insurance Company prior to travel to Rann Utsav-The Tent City.

29.  Baggage is designed to protect its content. Utmost care is being taken by the management while handling baggage during travel at our luggage desk at Bhuj Lounge or Tent City, in case of wear and tear such as minor cuts, broken wheel scratches and dents, the management shall have no liability for such type of damage.

30. No Pets are allowed inside the Tent City.

31. In case of unavoidable circumstances, if we need to close the property by government guidelines/rules, we would refund 100% for your Accommodation Booking and we are not liable for any transportation/ travel expenses.

32.  Any dispute arising in above mentioned terms & condition is subject to Bhavnagar Jurisdiction only.

33.  All rights are reserved by the management.

34.  Organizer reserves all rights to make any changes without prior notice.
