1.  According to government rules and regulations, all guests must bring a valid government ID proof (Aadhar Card/Driving License/Pan Card/Passport/Voter ID) at the time of check-in. Guests are not allowed under the age of 18. Single Guest or Unmarried couples are not allowed. Guests staying in the same city are not allowed. YatraDham is not responsible for any refund in case of failure to check-in.

2.  Guest cannot bring any illegal things at the accommodation.

3.  Please note that almost all the rooms/halls have a certain capacity for the guests/room, it is mentioned on the page. This limit is strictly followed.

4.  The standard check-in time and check-out times are mentioned on the page. Please make sure to be on time. Hence, early check-in or late check-out is not allowed. This might be chargeable and subject to availability. Many accommodations have gate-closing rules mentioned on the property page. During this period check-in might not be possible (depending on accommodation) and is also non-refundable.

5.  In cases of the Pay at check-in option guests must reach before 3:00 PM. If you arrive late before the mentioned time then you have to update in advance. Otherwise, your room will be canceled and YatraDham is not responsible for it.

6.  There are Dharamshala/Bhavan/Ashram/Sanatorium which can be booked only for the Yatris following principles of a certain religion. It is mentioned for each room type. YatraDham is not liable for any kind of refund in case of violation of these rules.

7.  A booking confirmation is an acknowledgement confirming that we have received your accommodation request. However, it is subject to property management’s modification/cancellation in case of any unfavorable situation, and the YatraDham.org management cannot be held responsible or liable for any such changes.

8.  Please understand that due to terrain, seasonal traffic, weather and rush all the resources are limited including accommodation options, food choices, and facilities for almost all the Chardham destinations. Even if you have opted for the meals/food, mostly it will be fixed meals with a limited menu & mostly north Indian vegetarian food.

9.  Though we are trying our best to provide you with a good experience, all the rooms/dormitory/tents have basic facilities only. Be prepared for unplanned surprises like electricity outages, unavailability of lift facilities or unavailability of power backup. There is no deluxe facilities in Kedarnathji due to high altitude. There only serve you as per bed system.

10.  We shall not be responsible and no cancellation, modification or refund will be made in situations like Non registration, bad weather, landslide, climatic conditions or any other natural disaster, fire, embargo, acts or decisions of government, political or national crisis, bad weather, sickness, accidents, VIP movement restrictions, roadblocks, heavy snowfall, acts of terrorism or other similar causes, strikes or problems at airlines, rails, buses, hotels or transporters, labor unrest, insolvency, business exigencies, operational and technical issues, route and flight cancellations or due to which the guest could not reach the destination on time or short stay or unveiled facilities.

11.  YatraDham.org is not responsible for loss, theft or forgotten items. Not liable for incidents preventing arrival due to weather, events, curfews, etc.

12.  Issues reported after check-out are considered feedback only, with no further updates.

13.  Pets and outside food / Alcohol and non-veg food are not allowed. Some properties do not provide lock and key facilities so it is advisable to bring your lock and key.
