Hotel Tamil Nadu (Unit - 2) (TTDC) - Ooty

1.  According to government rules and regulations, all guests must bring a valid government ID proof (Aadhar Card/Driving License/Pan Card/Passport/Voter ID) at the time of check-in. Guests are not allowed under the age of 18. Single Guest or Unmarried couples are not allowed. Guests staying in the same city are not allowed. YatraDham is not responsible for any refund in case of failure to check-in.

2.  Guest cannot bring any illegal things at the accommodation.

3.  Please note that almost all the rooms/halls have a certain capacity for the guests/room, it is mentioned on the page. This limit is strictly followed.

4.  The standard check-in time and check-out times are mentioned on the page. Please make sure to be on time. Hence, early check-in or late check-out is not allowed. This might be chargeable and subject to availability. Many accommodations have gate-closing rules mentioned on the property page. During this period check-in might not be possible (depending on accommodation) and is also non-refundable.

5.  In cases of the Pay at check-in option guests must reach before 3:00 PM. If you arrive late before the mentioned time then you have to update in advance. Otherwise, your room will be canceled and YatraDham is not responsible for it.

6.  The amount paid for the room does not include charges for optional services and facilities (such as room service, mini bar, snacks or telephone calls, Paid parking, etc.). These might be chargeable at the time of check-out.

7.  Cancellation Policy Rules:

For 01 April to 15 June Season Period Only

• 7.1 - Within 24 hours of check-in, it is non-refundable.
• 7.2 - Within 72 to 24 hours of check-in, a 50% refund is granted.
• 7.3 - If you cancel before 72 hours, you will receive a 75% refund.
• 7.4 - 18% GST will be deducted on cancellation charges.
• 7.5 - 2% of transaction charges will be levied on every cancellation.
• 7.6 - There will be no refunds for cancellations of dormitory bookings.
• 7.7 - The same will be applied to Hotel Kanniyakumari and Coutrallam during the season period.

For General Rules Hotels:

• 7.1 - Before 72 hours, only one preponement/postponement is permitted, subject to availability of accommodation.
• 7.2 - No Cancellation/Postponement/Preponement is permissible after availing of one postponement or preponement.
• 7.3 - CGST and SGST will be levied on hotel lodging bills in accordance with the rules.
• 7.4 - The rates are subject to change at any time without notice.
• 7.5 - Cancellation refunds for online customers will be reimbursed to their card account online.
• 7.6 - Catering facilities are available in all the TTDC group of hotels.

Common Rules:

• Cancellation requests must be initiated exclusively through the user’s login dashboard under the “My Booking” section. Once a cancellation request is submitted, the process is irreversible.
• Any proceed refund will be credit to user source within 5-7 banking working days. 
• Modification requests, if permitted by the property, must be raised via email at [email protected]. Approval is subject to availability, accommodation policy, and applicable charges, which must be paid by the user.
• Failure to check in shall be treated as a No-Show, and no refund shall be applicable, even in the event of medical emergencies reported after the check-in date.

8.  Pets and outside food / Alcohol and non-veg food are not allowed. Some properties do not provide lock and key facilities so it is advisable to bring your lock and key.

9.  YatraDham.org is not responsible for denied Check-In due to violation of rules/terms and conditions. No refund will be issued in such cases. Please note that the booking can not be canceled or modified.

10.  A booking confirmation is an acknowledgement confirming that we have received your accommodation request. However, it is subject to Property management’s modification/cancellation in case of any unfavorable situation, and the yatradham.org management cannot be held responsible or liable for any such changes.

11.  We shall not be responsible and no cancellation, modification or refund will be made in situations like bad weather, landslide, climatic conditions or any other natural disaster, fire, embargo, acts or decisions of government, political or national crisis, bad weather, sickness, accidents, VIP movement restrictions, roadblocks, heavy snowfall, acts of terrorism or other similar causes, strikes or problems at airlines, rails, buses, hotels or transporters, labor unrest, insolvency, business exigencies, operational and technical issues, route and flight cancellations or due to which the guest could not reach the destination on time or short stay or unveiled facilities.

12.  Any dispute arising out of this service shall be subject to Bhavnagar (Gujarat) jurisdiction.

13.  YatraDham.org and property reserve the right to cancel the booking without prior notice in circumstances beyond control/unforeseen situations/any illegal activities.

14.  YatraDham.org and Property reserve the right to change the terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice.

15.  Please note that in case of any incident/event, our liability is limited to the convenience fee only. Our services are provided to the best of our ability and the information we have received from others. Any information, opinion, statement, recommendation or anything whatsoever shall not form a guarantee. While we can advise you, it is your responsibility to ensure that products and services meet your particular needs.
