7. Cancellation Policy Rules:
7.1. Refundable Amount on Canccellation ( Applicable on room rent only)
A) No Refund - For Cancellation made within 24 Hours Prior to check in.
B) 50% Refund - For Cancellation made between 72 hours and 24 Hours prior to check in.
C) 75% Refund - For Cancellation made more then 72 hours prior to check in.

7.2. Additional Deduction
A) 18% GST will be Applied on the Applicable Cancellation Charges.
B) 2% Transaction Fee will be deducted on every Cancellation.
7.3 Modification Policy (Preponement/ Postponement)
A) All Modification requests are subject to availability and rate differences may apply.
B) Modification (preponement/Postponement) is allowed only if request more then 72 hours prior to check in.
C) No Modification request will be accepted within 72 hours of check in .
D) Once Booking hase been Modified (Preponed/ postponed),it will be not eligiible for cancellation or refund or modification again.
7.4. Important Notes
A) Dormitory Booking are strictly non-refundable under any circumtanses.
B) Alll Cancellation or Modification requests must be submitted throgh the "Manage Booking" Section on the user Dashboard.

7.5 Policy charges & Acceptance agrement
A) This cancellation and modification policy is subject to the rules and regulation of the respective Property/Management board and may be modified, updated, or change at anytime without prior notice.
B) By confiirming the booking, the user Acknowledges and agrees to Abide by the latest Applicable policy, including any changes implemented by property or management.
7.6 Failure to check in shall be treated as a No-Show, and no refund shall be applicable, even in the event of medical emergencies reported after the check-in date.
8. Pets and outside food / Alcohol and non-veg food are not allowed. Some properties do not provide lock and key facilities so it is advisable to bring your lock and key.
9. YatraDham.org is not responsible for denied Check-In due to violation of rules/terms and conditions. No refund will be issued in such cases. Please note that the booking can not be canceled or modified.
10. A booking confirmation is an acknowledgement confirming that we have received your accommodation request. However, it is subject to Property management’s modification/cancellation in case of any unfavorable situation, and the yatradham.org management cannot be held responsible or liable for any such changes.
11. We shall not be responsible and no cancellation, modification or refund will be made in situations like bad weather, landslide, climatic conditions or any other natural disaster, fire, embargo, acts or decisions of government, political or national crisis, bad weather, sickness, accidents, VIP movement restrictions, roadblocks, heavy snowfall, acts of terrorism or other similar causes, strikes or problems at airlines, rails, buses, hotels or transporters, labor unrest, insolvency, business exigencies, operational and technical issues, route and flight cancellations or due to which the guest could not reach the destination on time or short stay or unveiled facilities.
12. Any dispute arising out of this service shall be subject to Bhavnagar (Gujarat) jurisdiction.
13. YatraDham.org and property reserve the right to cancel the booking without prior notice in circumstances beyond control/unforeseen situations/any illegal activities.
14. YatraDham.org and Property reserve the right to change the terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice.
15. Please note that in case of any incident/event, our liability is limited to the convenience fee only. Our services are provided to the best of our ability and the information we have received from others.
